Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dependable Transportation Aide - CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while providing attentive care.

The role requires a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, a valid driver's license, and insurance eligibility. You will support the team with CNA duties when not transporting residents, upholding safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance requirements.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
• Must pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Completes the Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort of residents during transport.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique.
• Record vitals as needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
