Qualifications

- Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
- Texas Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
- Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
- Observe changes in residents’ condition and report concerns promptly.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper technique.
- Record vital signs when needed during transport.
- Assist CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
