This role requires a valid Texas CNA certification, a clean driving record, a current driver’s license, and the ability to pass DMV checks. Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail are essential for a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Strong communication, patience and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.
• Age 25+ for insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
