Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Aide - CNA to safely transport residents to medical appointments and activities while delivering compassionate care. You will assist with mobility, monitor residents during travel, and report any health concerns promptly.

Role requires a Texas CNA certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DMV checks. You will also support CNA tasks in the facility when not driving.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Texas Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• Pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and scheduled activities.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety during transport.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Monitor vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
