Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Transportation Aide - CNA to safely transport residents to appointments and activities while providing attentive care.

You will accompany residents to medical visits, therapies, and daily activities to ensure comfort and safety. This role requires a valid Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to assist with mobility and CNA duties when not transporting residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Must pass DMV check and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Strong communication, patience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition during transport.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals as needed during transport.
• Assist CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
