Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a Transportation Aide – CNA to transport residents to appointments and activities with compassionate care and strict safety. You will assist with mobility, monitor vitals, and document changes while supporting CNA duties when not transporting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas is required.
• Ability to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.

• Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail are essential.
• Comfort with caregiving and safe vehicle operation is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and activities.
• Ensure resident comfort and monitor safety during transport.
• Observe for changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Record vital signs when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
