Qualifications

• Must have current Texas CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Age 25 or older for insurance requirements.
• Able to pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and assistive devices.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport and report changes or concerns promptly.
