Coweta Care & Rehab Center in Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to deliver high-quality resident care on a team dedicated to dignity and comfort. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health signals, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates, shift differentials for night work, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan after one year.

Qualifications

• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Required valid CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.

Responsabilités

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services.
• Meets the communication needs of resident and family.
• Communicates to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition.
