Job summary

Cleveland Care & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Oklahoma. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a large enterprise network while maintaining a small-team feel on-site.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting the nursing team. A valid Oklahoma CNA certification and proactive communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Active Oklahoma CNA certification required.
• Six months LTC experience preferred.
• Maintain a working email and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
• Assist residents with range of motion exercises.
• Provide personal care and comfort to residents.
• Assist to wheelchair or activity areas and help with ambulation.
• Record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration and intake/output.
• Deliver direct and indirect resident care, and communicate changes to the nursing team.
