Job summary

Walnut Grove Care & Rehab Center in Oklahoma is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. You will assist residents with grooming, feeding, mobility, and daily care, while providing a safe, respectful environment.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 4-on/2-off rotation, supporting a stable, supportive work family.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certification required.
• Six months long-term care experience preferred.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services.
• Meets communication needs of resident and family.
• Communicates changes in residents' condition to nursing team.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
