Job summary

Broadway Care & Rehab Center in Muskogee, OK seeks compassionate CNAs to join our senior living team. Multiple shifts available: Days, Afternoons, and Weekend Doubles. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time candidates, competitive pay, and PTO after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Valid CNA certification in Missouri is required.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergencies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assist with feeding.
• Assist residents with range of motion exercises.
• Provide for personal care and comfort.
• Assist residents with ambulation and mobility.
• Record temperature, BP, pulse, and respiration as directed.
• Provide direct and indirect resident care.
• Communicate changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
