Job summary

Fort Gibson Care & Rehab Center in Oklahoma seeks compassionate CNAs to deliver high-quality resident care across day and night shifts. You will support grooming, feeding, mobility, and daily activities while working within a supportive team and a large network of facilities.

Full-time roles offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k). Join us to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Required valid CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Six months in long-term care preferred.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights to determine resident needs.
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assist with feeding.
• Assist with ROM exercises and personal care.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Communicate changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
