Job summary

Atrium Living Centers Inc. is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate resident care at our 65-bed facility in Ironwood, MI. This full-time role offers 1st & 3rd shifts, 8-hour shifts, and a competitive hourly wage up to $26.40.

You will follow approved Care Plans, assist with daily activities, and ensure infection control and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have CNA/STNA certification, strong communication, a service mindset, and a reliable attendance record.

• Completed CNA/STNA course or state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.
• Positive Can-Do Attitude.
• Excellent Attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals.
• Report all violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately
