Job summary

Atrium Centers seeks a compassionate CNA to provide resident care in a 65-bed facility. You will follow approved care plans, assist with daily activities and personal care, and uphold infection control practices in a full-time role on 1st and 3rd shifts.

The position emphasizes safety, accurate vitals, and strict adherence to documentation policies while contributing to a team that values compassionate, quality care in the communities they call home.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course or state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Positive can-do attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and apply infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals.
• Report violations of Residents' Bill of Rights immediately.
