Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Minnesota is seeking caring, dedicated caregivers to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and brighten each day.

We value empathy, strong communication, and reliability. Flexible AM/PM/NOC shifts and teamwork are essential as you help residents maintain independence and dignity in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM, PM, and NOC shift availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
