Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Wareham, MA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our close-knit team serving seniors in assisted living and memory care. If you have a heart for seniors, you’ll provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, and help create a warm, welcoming environment.

We value reliability, empathy, and teamwork. CNA preferred but not required; minimum 6 months of caregiving, on-call AM shift, and availability on alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• On Call availability for AM Shift (6AM-2PM)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
