Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN is seeking caring caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Join a compassionate team and provide personalized care to residents, including daily living activities and companionship.

The role supports residents in a person-centered environment; PM shift 2pm–10pm. CNA certification is preferred but not required, and training is provided for medication administration and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

PM Shift- 2pm-10pm
