Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in West Saint Paul is hiring Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Join a dedicated team delivering personalized support and enriching daily routines for residents.

We offer onboarding, on-going leadership support, and a comprehensive benefits package. All shifts (PT & FT) may include every other weekend; training is provided to expand skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
