Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in West Saint Paul, MN is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, person-centered care and meaningful connections with residents.

You’ll provide personal care, support mobility, assist with medications (training provided), engage residents in activities, and help with light housekeeping and meals, in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

About the Role:
