Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Plymouth, MN is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support that brightens each day.

We value teamwork, empathy, and reliability. Training is provided, and shifts vary; you may be scheduled for mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to support our memory care and assisted living communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• On Call availability for AM Shift (6AM-2PM).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

About The Role
