Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Little Canada, MN, is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We offer intimate 32-unit groups and a chance to make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support mobility, help with medications (training provided), and engage residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications; training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, empathy and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
