Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Rosemount, MN provides intimate Assisted Living and Memory Care communities for seniors. We seek Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to join our team and support residents with daily living activities.

Our onboarding includes 4 days of paid training at the Arden Hills, MN training center, plus ongoing leadership support. Join a team that values empathy, collaboration, and growth while delivering person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
