Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen is seeking enthusiastic CNAs for the Overnight Shift, located in Orange County, New York. You will provide direct nursing care, assist with daily activities, and document care provided to residents under supervision.

A competitive sign-on bonus accompanies a full benefits package and opportunities for professional growth. Current NY CNA Certification is required; LTC experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes resident hygiene and comfort.
• Distributes food/water and feeds residents.
• Assists with repositioning and transferring residents.
• Ambulates and transports residents.
• Records and totals fluid intake and output.
• Weighs residents.
• Documents on flow sheets.
• Assists with admission, discharge and postmortem care.
• Responds to call lights in a timely manner.
• Performs perineal care and uncomplicated colostomy care.
• Reports all observations to the Team Leader/Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse.
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Makes beds and keeps resident’s units clean and in order.
• Prepares room for housekeeping after resident discharge.
