Harmony Senior Services is hiring a CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence. You will document incidents, maintain confidentiality, and support residents during meals and activities in a respectful, empathetic manner.

The role requires staying calm in emergencies, working with a caregiving team, and participating in ongoing training with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of the nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents involving residents and complete necessary documentation.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain resident spaces as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding resident information.
