Job Details

Thank you for your interest in a CNA Position at NHC Springfield. This is a full-time position requiring CNA Certification. To be considered, please bring the following to your interview:

• Completed Application
• Valid Photo Identification
• Social Security Card

Books and Supplies ($40) will be needed as a deposit on the first day of class. You will be required to purchase one set of scrubs for daily wear during class and clinical.

We will conduct a criminal background check and consult the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults. Candidates with felony convictions, certain misdemeanors, or who are listed on the abuse registry will not be admitted to the class.

If offered a position, you will attend a 4-week CNA class, then join us full-time at NHC Springfield.

Candidate selection is based on facility needs, shift availability, flexibility, previous work history, and attitude. The most qualified candidates will be chosen.
