NHC Springfield is hiring for a full-time CNA position. Candidates must have CNA certification and bring necessary documents to the interview. A 4-week training class is required before full-time employment. This role offers opportunities for growth based on facility needs and candidate performance.
Thank you for your interest in a CNA Position at NHC Springfield. This is a full-time position requiring CNA Certification. To be considered, please bring the following to your interview:
Books and Supplies ($40) will be required as a deposit on the first day of class. You will also need to purchase one set of scrubs to wear daily during class and clinical.
We will conduct a criminal background check and review the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults. Candidates with a felony conviction, certain misdemeanors, or entries on the abuse registry will not be eligible for the class.
If offered a position, you will attend a 4-week CNA class, after which you will join us full-time at NHC Springfield.
Selection for the class is based on facility needs, shift availability, candidate flexibility, previous work history, and attitude. We will choose the most qualified candidates.
