Thank you for your interest in taking the state certified nurse aide training program at The Meadows. To be considered for the class, please provide the following at your interview:

• Completed Application
• Valid Photo Identification
• Social Security Card

Requirements and details:

• No absences or tardiness allowed.
• Maintain a grade average of 85 or higher to continue in the course.
• Books and Supplies ($40) deposit due on the first day, refundable upon graduation.
• Purchase of one set of scrubs required daily.
• Criminal background check and abuse registry check will be conducted. Felony convictions, certain misdemeanors, or abuse registry listings may disqualify applicants.
• Selection based on facility need, shift availability, flexibility, work history, and attitude.
