Pinnacle Living Cedarfield in Richmond, VA is seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant to assist the nursing team with daily living activities and resident support. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and promoting resident independence, with weekend coverage and morning shifts.

You will contribute to care plans, document care provided, and encourage social participation while upholding the resident Bill of Rights and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, nourishment and fluids.
• Assist residents with dining and eating when needed per care plan.
• Support life enrichment activities per individualized service plan.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nurse in charge for plan revisions.
• Assist residents in and out of bed and with mobility per care plan.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and document care in medical records.
