Job summary

Pinnacle Living Cedarfield in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide support during meals, and participate in life enrichment per the care plan. Duties also include documenting care and reporting changes to the nurse.

Requirements include graduation from an approved CNA program, Virginia CNA credential, CPR/AED, and preferred two years of experience. Various shifts; teamwork and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Assist residents dining and eating when needed.
• Support life enrichment programming per service plan.
• Observe residents’ changes and report to nurse for plan revisions.
• Assist residents in/out of bed and mobility per plan of care.
• Document care provided in medical record.
• Respond to call lights promptly within guidelines.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and report hazards.
