Pinnacle Living’s Cedarfield in Richmond, VA is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse to promote and maintain nursing services across shifts. You will plan, implement, and evaluate care, supervise CNAs, and model collaborative teamwork.

This role requires Virginia RN licensure, CPR, and 2+ years of nursing experience. Shifts are 6:45am-3:15pm and 2:45pm-11:15pm, totaling 16 hours weekly per shift. The position emphasizes high-quality resident life and supportive, safe care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or degree.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• CPR/AED certification.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total nursing services of assigned residents.
• Receives report from off-going shift and gives report to oncoming shift and make rounds.
• Receives physician orders and carries out orders according to established policies and procedures.
• Makes shift rounds with physicians.
• Knowledgeable of residents’ conditions. Reports significant change to their assigned supervisor and/or Physician.
• Responds to emergency calls of residents as assigned.
• Administers medications in accordance with regulations and established policy and procedures.
• Implements established resident care policies and procedures.
• Orders and stores medications according to the established pharmaceutical policies and procedures.
