Job summary
Pinnacle Living's WindsorMeade Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time day shifts (7 AM-7 PM), Monday through Friday with every other weekend. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, follow care plans, and document care in medical records.
Qualified candidates have CNA Virginia certification, completion of an approved CNA program, CPR/AED, and helpful experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved Nursing Assistant Program.
- Credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan (hygiene, grooming, dressing, nourishment).
- Assist residents with dining and eating as needed.
- Support life enrichment activities per individualized service plan.
- Observe residents and report changes to nurse for plan revisions.
- Assist residents in bed, mobility, ambulation, and bathroom needs.
- Change bed linens regularly and as needed.
- Record care provided in medical records and respond to call lights.
- Encourage participation in social and dining events and provide emotional support.
