Job summary

WindsorMeade Williamsburg is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Pinnacle Living team in Williamsburg, VA. This full-time role runs 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends, supporting residents with activities of daily living and following individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate will graduate from an approved CNA program, hold Virginia CNA certification, and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Assist residents with dining and eating as needed.
• Support life enrichment activities per individualized service plan.
• Document care in the medical record and report changes to nurse.
• Attend in-service education and participate in care plan meetings.
