Job summary

You will assist residents with ADLs, coordinate dining, monitor weight and skin condition, document progress, and notify nurses of changes. Requires active CNA license, CPR/BLS, and HRIS/timekeeping familiarity; prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Experience with HRIS or timekeeping software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to nursing staff and perform assigned duties.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with transfers, positioning and mobility as needed.
• Coordinate dining services and document meal intake.
• Deliver and document supplementation, monitor nutrition.
• Document progress and report changes to nurses.
