Job summary

Viridian Wellness & Rehabilitation in Arlington, TX is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents and nursing staff. You will assist with activities of daily living, feeding, lifting, positioning, and documentation as part of a collaborative care team.

We require a current CNA in good standing, HS diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nursing staff and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning, and mobility needs of residents.
• Coordinates dining room services and delivers meals and nourishment.
• Documents meal intake and tracks weight and skin condition as directed.
• Assists with toileting, flow sheets, and reports changes in resident condition to nurse.
