Job summary

Carlin Springs Health & Rehabilitation in Arlington, VA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care and skilled nursing team. We offer Full Time/Part-Time Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), and Night (11p-7a) shifts with pay from $20 to $24.64 per hour plus shift differentials.

As a CNA you will provide basic nursing care under supervision, assist with daily activities, and help ensure resident comfort and safety. We value teamwork, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and state license.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Change gowns and linens as needed and manage infection-control practices.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and report abnormalities to nurse supervisor.
• Prepare residents for appointments and transport when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and supply areas.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
