Job summary

Admiral Health & Rehab, now a Vierra Communities property in Arlington, VA, seeks a full-time CNA for the day shift (7 AM–3 PM). You will support nurses, assist residents with daily living, and help with meals and documenting care.

Qualifications

• CNA license current and unrestricted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• 2 years CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and timekeeping software.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to residents and staff as needed.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning and transport.
• Coordinates dining room services during meals and documents intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Tracks residents' weight and reports changes.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse.
• Supports toileting program activities.
• Completes flow sheets and documents progress.
• Communicates any changes in resident condition to nurse.
