Bethany Home Brandon in Brandon, SD is seeking a compassionate CNA/Medication Aide to provide resident‑centered care across all shifts.

Starting pay is $18.50–$23.50 per hour plus shift differential, with a $2,500 retention bonus, full- or part-time options, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Registered Medication Aide in SD is required.
• Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Participate in resident activities and recreational programs.
• Attend to all personal hygiene and care needs, mobility, and safety.

Employment Shift: All Shifts Available! Full or Part Time. 8 or 12 hour shifts available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work every other weekend.
