Job summary

Bethany Lutheran Home in Brandon, SD is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for evenings. You will assist with preparing and serving meals to residents, set up trays, deliver meals, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment.

This role offers a part-time schedule (4:00 PM–7:30 PM, every other weekend) with a weekend differential. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities described by Bethany.

• Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents.

• Wash dishes, utensils, carts, and food preparation equipment.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Safely handle and dispose of garbage and waste.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to provide excellent service.

Schedule: Part-Time | 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend

Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hour, based on experience

Shift Differential: Weekend shift differential

What You'll Do

• Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents
