• Current CNA certification or enrolled in an approved CNA program. Must become certified within 120 days of first day of employment.
• No CNA will be allowed to work independently until they are active on the Direct Care Worker Registry.
• Maintains current BCLS certification.
• At least 16 years of age and attending High School, High School graduate or GED equivalent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) has been designed to assist in the delivery of basic nursing care to residents under the direct supervision of an RN/LPN.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Current CNA certification or enrolled in an approved certification CNA program. Must become certified within 120 days of first day of employment. No C.N.A will be allowed to work independently until they are active on the Direct Care Worker Registry.
