Job summary

Lifeworks, Inc. is hiring a full-time CNA to work in a residential program supporting adults with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on personal care and emotional support in a trauma-informed environment.

This position requires compliance with same-gender staffing guidelines and a strong belief in enhancing the lives of those served. Lifeworks offers an excellent compensation package including health insurance, paid time off, and a retention bonus after one year.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have related or direct experience working with the community we serve.
• Must be able to pass fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and driving checks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and emotional support.
• Maintain individual records related to medical and health progress.
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with regulations.
