Job summary

The Commons in Lincoln, a Benchmark Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to join the Assisted Living/Mind and Memory team in Lincoln, MA. The role focuses on delivering warm, resident-centered care in a home-like setting.

Pay ranges from $19 to $20.25 per hour, with shift differentials. Requires MA CNA/HHA license and prior experience preferred; benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts CNA/HHA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Per Diem, all shifts

PT 3-11p Mondays

PT 7a-3p Mondays & Wednesdays

PT all shifts on weekends and E/O weekend 7a-3p, 3p-11p, & 11p-7a

The Commons in Lincoln, a premier community within Benchmark, is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) to join our Assisted Living/Mind and Memory team! As a CNA/HHA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
