Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. The role requires a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license and may involve dementia-related care.

You will work full-time 3pm-11pm, every other weekend, in a supportive team environment. Compensation ranges from $20.50 to $21.75 per hour, with benefits including holidays, health coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
