Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to join The Commons in Lincoln's Assisted Living/Mind and Memory team. As a CNA/HHA, you will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment and assist residents with daily activities.

Available PT shifts include 3-11p Mondays and additional weekend shifts with varied hours. Pay ranges from $19 to $20.25 per hour, commensurate with experience, with shift differentials offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts CNA/HHA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure exceptional, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts CNA/HHA license required
