Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Licensed CN A in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general documents and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services as per the care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures and document accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure safety of equipment.
