Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At hire, Utah candidates must meet one of the following: CNA Certification in Utah or certificate expiry and renewal rules.
• CNA program completion verification required within past year.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care and respond to patient/family requests.
• Report and record patient care findings in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient condition and secure assistance as needed.
• Possibly perform telemetry duties and act as health unit coordinator as required.
