Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team on a full-time night shift (36 hours). You will perform basic patient care, document findings, and collaborate with RNs to ensure quality care.

The role may also include responsibilities of a health unit coordinator and related unit duties. Utah CNA certification and BLS are required or obtained within designated timelines.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.
• Basic computer literacy demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care (toileting, bathing, mobility, comfort) with strong customer service.
• Record and report patient data and changes promptly to the RN.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May perform telemetry duties and function as a health unit coordinator as needed.
