Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 3 PM–11 PM shift. This full-time evening role focuses on resident-centered care and building relationships with residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, complete rounds, support meals, and report changes to the nursing team while following care plans and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Bluebird is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our 3 PM–11 PM shift! If you’re a compassionate CNA who takes pride in providing quality care and building relationships with residents, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you’ll help provide safe, compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care

• Provide comfort, companionship, and support

• Complete resident rounds and respond to resident needs

• Assist with meals and maintain a safe, clean environment

• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team

• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide excellent resident care

• Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies

What You’ll Need
