Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the day shift in our skilled nursing / long-term care facility. Under new management, CNAs are respected, supported, and appreciated.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs.
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly.
• Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
