Job summary

Bluebird Wellness Center in Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents in our skilled nursing facility. New CNAs are encouraged to apply and join a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, positioning, and daily care while maintaining resident comfort. You will participate in shift reports and communicate changes to licensed staff, collaborating with the care team to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Current MO CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Compassionate, reliable and team-oriented.

Bluebird Wellness Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

What You’ll Do

Resident Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment

• Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times

Daily Support Tasks

• Change bed linens and maintain clean, wrinkle-free bedding

• Make occupied and unoccupied beds

• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests

• Explain care procedures to residents before assisting

Team Communication

• Participate in shift report and communicate with nursing staff

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses

• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (active and in good standing)

• CPR/BLS Certification

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Ability to read and write in English

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

No experience required – we will train the right candidate
