Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring CNAs for the day shift in our skilled nursing facility. Under new management, we’re focused on a positive, team-oriented environment where CNAs are respected, supported, and appreciated.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification – required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and ADLs.
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly.
• Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds.
• Maintain clean, safe and comfortable resident environments.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
